Soil-Based System: The planter uses lightweight, high-quality potting mix (not included) rather than hydroponics, requiring no special nutrient solutions, electricity, or hydroponic knowledge. Each tier holds 1 cubic foot (about 8 gallons) of potting mix, totaling 3 cubic feet (24 gallons) for the 3-tier model.
Planting Capacity: Features 18 planting pockets (6 per tier) with a 10-inch depth, suitable for growing a wide range of plants, including large vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini), root crops (potatoes, carrots), herbs (basil, rosemary), flowers (marigolds, petunias), and strawberries. Larger plants should be placed in lower tiers, with smaller plants on top.
Dimensions: Measures 19 inches wide x 35 inches tall, occupying less than 2 square feet, making it ideal for small spaces. When fully planted and watered, it weighs approximately 90 pounds, lighter than the 5-tier model (~150 lbs).

Each tier has 12 drainage holes to prevent waterlogging.
